New! Sage Has Extended Hours  Chat with Sage

Palmetto GBA is offering extended hours to check your claim status with the help of our digital assistant, Sage. Proaviders can check their claim status using our online automated chat self-help tool from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday.

During the extended hours of operation, you will see the Chat with Sage link, Chat with Sage. Remember, when you see this link there are no live agents available to assist you; only Sage is available to assist you with your questions.

If you have questions about your claims and need assistance, contact one of our live chat agents, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. ET.

Sage Has Been Enhanced

Sage has been enhanced to return Reason Codes (RCs), Claim Adjustment Reason Codes (CARCs), and Remittance Advice Remark Codes (RARCs) on your claim status inquiries.

Select the blue RA, CARC, or RARC to be taken to either the Palmetto GBA Reason Code Help Tool for Part A claim status inquiry or the X12 Reference web page for Part B claim status inquiry descriptors.

You can now check multiple claim status in the same session.
