Manufacturer Payment Portal is Live

The Manufacturer Payment Portal (MPP) is live. Please log on using the credentials provided to you. Here are a few things to note about your first time logging in to the system:

  • Verify your Identity using Multi-factor Authentication: After you enter your username and password, you will be required to accept the terms and conditions and verify your identity using multi-factor authentication.
  • Reset your PIN Number: From the My Profile page, which is linked in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, you will use the PIN verification code sent to you via email to reset and select a PIN number which will be used during the payment process. This is a four-digit personal identification number that is required when you click submit on the payment page.
  • Set up Bank Information: Please add your banking information as soon as possible. Once you click on the View Profile link, you will click on the Request Payer Account Modification button to add your Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) details. It takes 3 to 5 business days for the EFT information to process between banks and be available to use for payment initiation. Please do not wait until the last week of February to start this process. Your payment may be late, and you may be subject to civil monetary penalties as a result.
