New TPA MPP is now live!

Great News! Starting today, January 6, 2025, the new Manufacturer Payment Portal (MPP) is live and has replaced the current CGDP Portal.

The MPP manages invoice distribution, report retrieval, and discount payments for manufacturers and sponsors across several programs. You can find the new portal link on the TPA’s public website homepage, TPAdministrator.com.

Please monitor your email for your Welcome Package: As a user of the Coverage Gap Discount Program (CGDP) or Manufacturer Discount Program (MDP), you will receive access to the portal via a welcome package from TPA this week. Access will be granted to those listed as the TPA Liaison or Payment Contact for Manufacturers and Discount Program Payment Contact for Sponsors in HPMS. Please ensure your contact details are up to date for CGDP and MDP in HPMS to help with a smooth transition.

Please note:

  • MPP users will need to create a new password when first logging into the new portal.
  • A recorded overview of the new MPP is available under both the Coverage Gap Discount Program and Manufacturer Discount Program Webinar resource pages on the TPA Website.
