Important Notice: System Performance Issues with Manufacturer Payment Portal (MPP)

The Third-Party Administrator’s Manufacturer Payment Portal (MPP) is currently experiencing system performance issues with the download of large Data and Tracking reports. 

If you are experiencing any issues with any downloadable reports from the MPP, please contact TPA Operations by phone at 1-877-534-2772, option 1 or by email at tpaoperations@tpadministrator.com.

The TPA Operations help desk will arrange an alternate delivery method to send the report to you. Please note that due to your email server limitations, the report may be sent in multiple files.
