Email Spoofing Alert
Why are you receiving this?
TPA has become aware that phishing emails that appear to be from TPA are being sent to drug manufacturers and plan sponsors stating that banking information should be updated to make payment for the Q42023 invoice reporting period for the CGDP.
The emails that are being sent are spoofing the TPAOperations email address by adding an ‘s’ to the end of the TPAdministrators.com and requesting that you use the attachment provided in the email to update your banking information or contact us using a spoofed contact number.
TPA will NEVER request that you update your bank account information anywhere other than the CGDP Portal or call you without requesting proper credential verification.
You may or may not have been affected but as always, we want to make you aware of the incident so that you can take appropriate actions to protect your organization.
If you have received an email from the spoofed email address, please do not click on any of the links or open any attachments in the email and do not use the contact number listed.
