Enhanced user access security for the new CGDP portal beginning July 13th


The TPA is committed to providing a secure portal for Drug Manufacturers and Sponsors to be able to access their CGDP portal resources. In preparation for the start of the new Direct Payment Process (DPP) with the Q2 2015 invoicing period, the TPA will be adding additional user access security to the new portal.
 
Beginning July 13th, all users will be required to answer security questions when logging into the portal. When you log in for the first time on or after July 13th, you will be required to setup your questions and answers.
 
Additionally, users with Payment Initiation privileges will also need to enter a PIN when initiating payments. If your account has this privilege, you will also need to establish a PIN along with the security questions and answers when logging in for the first time.
