With the introduction of the new Dispute Management functionality, will Manufacturers be required to use the new Dispute Builder to create and submit Disputes?
Answer:
Manufacturers can still follow their regular process for creating and submitting Disputes when using the Dispute Management function. The only change they will encounter will be where they perform their upload (on the Dispute Submission Tab vs. the Reports Tab). The upload process will perform the same line item edits as the Dispute Builder.
