Onboarding

Onboarding training provides a high-level overview of the Coverage Gap Discount Program (CGDP) for new Pharmaceutical Drug Manufacturers and Part D Plan Sponsors joining the Program.

New participants are introduced to the CGDP and what to expect when onboarding with the TPA to take part in the Program. In addition, new users get a quick introduction to the CGDP Portal and its functionality.

Onboarding training is divided into two (2) separate training documents: Manufacturer CGDP Onboarding Training and Sponsor CGDP Onboarding Training.
