Sponsor Quarterly Invoice Report Layouts

The Invoice report layouts assist Part D Plan Sponsors with understanding the format of the information provided in the three (3) Quarterly invoice reports delivered via the CGDP Portal.

The Contract Summary Report and Contract Data Report communicate what Part D Plan Sponsors are owed from each Pharmaceutical Drug Manufacturer for the quarter as well as what they owe to the Pharmaceutical Drug Manufacturers due to Prescription Drug Event (PDE) deletions and adjustments.

The Coverage Gap Tracking Report provides a cumulative status report of each gap discount PDE for active benefit years.
