Invoices

The Invoices link houses documents that will assist Pharmaceutical Drug Manufacturers and Part D Plan Sponsors with reading report layouts provided in the CGDP Portal. The CGDP Portal houses Benefit Year (BY) Closeout Invoice and Quarterly Invoice reports as well as Manufacturer and Sponsor 1099 information.

To understand and use the data contained in these reports, the links provided will assist with reading the text file formats provided on the CGDP Portal.
